One more reminder about this awesome program for our Berkeley County Schools. Please note that the deadline for your application is Jan. 13, 2012.
The Berkeley Arts Council is pleased to invite artists to participate in our Arts in Education (AIE) Program for the second year. If you would like to become a teaching artist (TA) in residence at a Berkeley County School during the 2012-2013 school year (which is a paid position), please review the attached information. The Teaching Artist Application and form are due January 13, 2012. This is due to the fact that this program is supported by state and local grants that must be written by March 1, 2012 in order to fund the 2012-2013 school year. The other documents are provided to you to help plan your residency.
